Ameritech’s standing seam metal roofing systems has been approved for the Energy Star tax credit.  A tax credit is better than a tax deduction because a credit reduces your tax dollar for dollar, while a deduct only removes a percentage of the tax that is owed. This tax credit allows for 30% of the roofing material cost, up to $1500. If you are thinking about or need a new roof, this is your chance to do it while saving 30%. We will provide you with IRS Form 5695 that is needed to claim your credit.
